Golden Linings

I visited here with my almost 2 year old, and we will definitely be back. It's such a lovely place. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and everywhere was super clean. The coffee was great and such a cute play area for little ones to enjoy.

Visited Golden Linings today with my grandparents and I will certainly be returning. Christina is just so lovely and very welcoming. We had the BEST coffee and tasty sourdough with toppings. See you again 5/5

We had a lovely lunch, coffees and play session at golden linings. It had a nice atmosphere and a good selection of toys and books. The lady serving was very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely time thank you.

Absolutely delightful! From the moment we stepped into Golden Linings, we were met with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that this cafe has been designed with little ones in mind, but without sacrificing style or quality for the adults. The play area was a huge hit with my children, offering a safe and engaging space for them to explore while I enjoyed a much-needed coffee. The food was exceptional! They offered a great variety of healthy and tasty options. The coffee was also top-notch! Definitely recommend the hot honey on sourdough! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. They were patient with the children and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. The cafe itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a bright and cheerful environment. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect. Overall, Golden Linings is a fantastic child-friendly cafe that exceeded all our expectations. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind while the kids have fun. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to other families. Five stars without a doubt!

Absolute golden gem of a coffee shop, I hope and pray more places like this pop up. Somewhere safe for parents with young kids to go. It’s so hard to take a toddler out and about some days, especially when I really struggle with my mental health. This coffee shop felt so welcoming and safe. A great place to breastfeed too if you have younger children. The coffee is great, and staff are so friendly. An absolutely fantastic cafe. Thank you so much!

Really friendly and welcoming staff! Lovely play areas for children, only issue is it can be a little crowded at times but never had a problem getting a table. Lovely coffee and reasonable food, would be nice to have a little more choice! (Eggs/halloumi to add as toppings maybe??) Overall would visit many times

I’ve now been a few times and it’s never disappointed. The newly decorated windows look amazing, the coffee tastes fab and they even sell it in the shop. It’s not too crowded and there’s enough high chairs for the kids and a space for the prams to be left without getting in the way. My daughter loves playing in the little play area and now the outdoor has been updated it’s even better. They’ve thought of everything and we love it!

Golden Linings is a little gem and such a friendly and welcoming place. The owners are absolutely delightful and nothing is too much trouble. It is super clean with a really lovely play area for children with a great outside space too. The coffee is also really good and you can tell that the owners genuinely want their visiting families to have a pleasant experience. I can see why it is a favourite with Mums!
